簡要規則描述：本項目對棉場9號、塘北68號、中久31號、中久51、外灶189號、余姚57號河道進行疏浚清淤以及護岸結構增設，共計清淤約3277立方米，增設1079米木等。
Brief Specification Description: In this project, dredging and silt removal, as well as the addition of revetment structures, will be carried out for six rivers, namely Mianchang No. 9, Tangbei No. 68, Zhongjiu No. 31, Zhongjiu No. 51, Waizao No. 189, and Yuyao No. 57. The total amount of silt removal is approximately 3,277 cubic meters, and 1,079 meters of [timber/revetment materials – note: the original text "木等" is ambiguous; if referring to timber revetments, use "timber"; if referring to general revetment materials, use "revetment materials"] will be added. (For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities and drawings in the bidding documents.)


合同履約期限：雙方完成了相互約定的工作內容后終止。

二、申請人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：
（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業在政府采購中的份額，支持中小企業發展：本項目是專門面向中小企業采購，評審時，中小企業產品均不執行價格折扣優惠。
（2）扶持監獄企業、殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業；
（3）優先采購節能環保產品政策：在技術、服務等指標同等條件下，對財政部財庫〔2019〕18號和財政部財庫〔2019〕19號文公布的節能環保產品品目清單中的產品實行優先采購；對節能產品品目清單中以“★”標注的產品，實行強制采購。供應商須提供具有國家確定的認證機構出具的、處于有效期之內的認證證書方能享受優先采購或強制采購政策。
（4)購買國貨政策：本項目不接受進口產品。
