簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目是佳高路雨污水管網(wǎng)新增改造工程，主要工作內(nèi)容包括新建污水管道，新增雨水管道，管道修復(fù)工程，最大管徑DN800；翻挖及新建市政道路、市政路面銑刨加罩、標(biāo)志標(biāo)線(xiàn)恢復(fù)等。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見(jiàn)工程量清單/圖紙。）
Brief Specification Description: This project is a new renovation of the sewage and stormwater pipeline network of Jiagao Lu. The main tasks include building new sewage pipelines, adding new stormwater pipelines, pipeline repair works, with the maximum pipe diameter being DN800; excavating and building new municipal roads, resurfacing municipal roads with milling and overlaying, and restoring signs and markings, etc. (The specific quantities and requirements can be found in the bill of quantities/ drawings.)


合同履約期限：施工工期90日歷天，計(jì)劃開(kāi)工日期：2026年06月01日。（暫定，具體開(kāi)工日期以采購(gòu)人通知為準(zhǔn)）

二、申請(qǐng)人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
(a)滿(mǎn)足《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條規(guī)定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿(mǎn)足的資格要求：
（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購(gòu)中的份額，支持中小企業(yè)發(fā)展：本項(xiàng)目專(zhuān)門(mén)面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)，評(píng)審時(shí)，小微企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價(jià)格扣除優(yōu)惠。
（2）扶持監(jiān)獄企業(yè)、殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)；
（3）優(yōu)先采購(gòu)節(jié)能環(huán)保產(chǎn)品政策：在技術(shù)、服務(wù)等指標(biāo)同等條件下，對(duì)財(cái)政部財(cái)庫(kù)〔2019〕18號(hào)和財(cái)政部財(cái)庫(kù)〔2019〕19號(hào)文公布的節(jié)能環(huán)保產(chǎn)品品目清單中的產(chǎn)品實(shí)行優(yōu)先采購(gòu)；對(duì)節(jié)能產(chǎn)品品目清單中以“★”標(biāo)注的產(chǎn)品，實(shí)行強(qiáng)制采購(gòu)。供應(yīng)商須提供具有國(guó)家確定的認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)出具的、處于有效期之內(nèi)的認(rèn)證證書(shū)方能享受優(yōu)先采購(gòu)或強(qiáng)制采購(gòu)政策。
