簡要規格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：本項目擬通過公開招標的方式選取一家合格的供應商對康橋鎮鎮管河道設施進行日常養護。主要服務內容為河道巡視檢查、護岸養護、防汛通道養護、河道綠化養護、水域和陸域保潔、河道護欄、標牌標識等附屬設施維護及配合開展水質維護等工作。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In this project, it is planned to select a qualified supplier through public bidding to carry out daily maintenance on the river management facilities in Kangqiao Town. The main services include river patrol inspection, bank protection maintenance, flood control channel maintenance, river greening maintenance, water and land cleaning, river guardrail, signs and other ancillary facilities maintenance and water quality maintenance. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements)

合同履約期限：本項目一次采購三年有效，合同一年一網簽，每年經過采購人考核合格后，合同續簽一年，最長不超過三年。本項目采購預算所涵蓋的服務期限為2026年01月01日起至2026年12月31日。
The Contract Period:This project is valid for three years at a time, and the contract is signed online once a year. After passing the purchaser's examination every year, the contract will be renewed for one year, with the longest period not exceeding three years. The service period covered by the procurement budget of this project is from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
