（1）資格要求 Requirements for Qualification of Bidder A．如果投標(biāo)人為境內(nèi)注冊(cè)公司，投標(biāo)人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標(biāo)時(shí)需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊(cè)公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊(cè)證明；The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B. 本次招標(biāo)不接受代理商投標(biāo)。投標(biāo)人應(yīng)為所投產(chǎn)品（分析儀系統(tǒng)）的制造商，集成商視為制造商。如果投標(biāo)人是制造廠商所在集團(tuán)內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)銷售的公司，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提供聲明，說明投標(biāo)人與制造廠商隸屬同一集團(tuán)，負(fù)責(zé)投標(biāo)貨物的銷售工作。Bid by Agent is not accepted.The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the products (analyzer system), the integrator considers the manufacturer. （2）資質(zhì)要求Qualification requirement:投標(biāo)人所投激光氧分析儀本體應(yīng)取得防爆檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)的相應(yīng)防爆等級(jí)的《防爆合格證》，防爆等級(jí)不低于IIB+H2 T4，《防爆合格證》應(yīng)由NEPSI、CQST、PCEC、IECEx、ATEX之一或國家認(rèn)可的其他防爆認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)出具。The laser oxygen analyzer body submitted by the bidder shall obtain the "Explosion Protection Certificate" with the corresponding explosion protection rating from an explosion protection inspection agency, with a rating no lower than IIB+H2 T4. The "Explosion Protection Certificate" shall be issued by one of NEPSI, CQST, PCEC, IECEx, ATEX, or another nationally recognized explosion protection certification body.
