（1）資格要求 Requirements for Qualification of Bidder A．如果投標人為境內(nèi)注冊公司，投標人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務登記證及組織機構代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標時需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；如果投標人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明；The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B. 本次招標不接受代理商投標。投標人應為TOC分析儀集成系統(tǒng)的制造廠商（包括制造廠商所在集團內(nèi)負責銷售的公司）。若投標人非TOC分析儀本體制造廠商，須取得所投TOC分析儀的制造廠商的有效授權書。如果投標人是制造廠商所在集團內(nèi)負責銷售的公司，投標人應提供聲明，說明投標人與制造廠商隸屬同一集團，負責投標貨物的銷售工作。Bid by Agent is not accepted. The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the TOC analyzer integrated system(including the sales company within the same group as the manufacturer of bid goods) .
