簡要規格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：本項目主要是對農村污水管網及其配套設施進行定期巡查，對發現的管道積泥、裂縫、錯位、滲漏及井蓋損壞、丟失和污水管網混接等情況及時進行整改并做好記錄，對巡查發現破壞設施或者向污水管網排放禁止排入物質的行為及時予以制止并報告有關執法部門處理。具體內容及要求詳見招標文件第三章—服務需求書。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project is mainly to conduct regular inspections on rural sewage pipe network and its supporting facilities, timely rectify and record the situations such as mud accumulation, cracks, dislocation, leakage, damage and loss of manhole cover and mixed connection of sewage pipe network, and timely stop the behaviors of destroying facilities or discharging prohibited substances into sewage pipe network and report them to relevant law enforcement departments for handling. Please refer to Chapter III-Service Requirements for specific contents and requirements.

合同履約期限：本項目服務期限為自2025年12月03日起一年。
The Contract Period:The service period of this project is one year from December 3, 2025.

二、申請人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：
（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業政策：本項目是專門面向中小企業采購，評審時中小企業產品均不執行價格折扣優惠。
（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業。
